It is a little expensive but the quality is fantastic
Excellent customer service / backup that intills confidence in the product, recommended and pleased with the purchase.
Have not yet installed this item but on just inspecting the item it feels and looks like a quality product.
Plenty of cheaply plastic versions on market but this is a quality product bought to complement a total refit of main bathroom.

I followed the simple instructions on how to mount it on the wall (i chose the glue option) set out in the booklet.
Competitiveness
Looks very high end, and worth the higher price compared to the plastic ones.
Other simplehuman products also bought to accessorize new bathroom.

I got this to replace an existing one from a diy shop the first one from the diy shop lasted 2 months its replacement lasted a week so i took them back for a refund
