Pros
The chambers are removable, making them easy to clean and refill. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap comes out easily with a gentle pull of the lever.
Easy it comes with waterproof silicone adhesive and double-sided tape that allowed me to mount it securely without drilling into my tiles.
Unless you're strapped for cash, i think this is worth twice the price of the knock-off. Well worth every penny.
Pull-lever style is better than the push-button. The lever and pump mechanism are metal instead of plastic.

Cons
The dispenser’s design is faulty in that you have to pull the lever outwards away from the wall. The mounting plate's cutouts are too large for 2 of the 3 dispensers, so they are attached very loosely. Their warranty is unacceptable.

I got the 3 unit one to replace a part with the expectation that i will need the other parts at some point

Only problem ive ever had is one time when i wasnt patient enough and attached and filled the dispensers too soon after mounting
