Small visor helps shade his eyes without being huge and overwhelming you can flip it straight up if necessary there is not a lot of structure and it looks kinda silly but it will still flip up if needed

Ive also thrown them in the washer and dryeron low with his swim stuff countless times and see very little fading and only on the navy which wasnt a super super dark blue to begin with
