Hat runs large and is adjustable but the adjusting doesnt make a big difference

I love that the hat is adjustable because my daughters head was a little small but i was able to adjust it to fit while this hat is quite large on her it doesnt matter because of the cinch band along the base of the hat where the flower hangs from
