It cleans them out and i can breathe! Keeps my sinuses flushed out and clear. My usual signs of an oncoming cold are post nasal drip and scratchy *.

This product works very well to hydrate your sinuses. The only downfall is it can dry out your nostrils.

The nose tip is not as long as the newer model. The expiration date is so close i will never get close to using all 6 of them.
