As ive said in previous reviews i think that out of 60 lbs weve had less than 10 figs that i would rate as green and not as sweet

They are chopped into about 1 cm size chunks so pretty small

I was chopping whole figs myself to use in my recipes which can be a sticky nightmare when you need a large quantity
