Pros

Cons

They taste great, but after consuming most of the bag i realized that they are roasted in cottonseed oil. I use them for my yogurt but after trying them twice, the smell and taste drove me from eating yogurt for awhile.

These seeds are rancid. They are inedible. Made with cottonseed oil.

I liked the packaging which keeps the seeds fresh, they are roasted well and are a quality product.

I sprinkle them on my salad and eat them right out of the bag.

Had trouble opening the package so now there is a hole above the ziplock.

Competitiveness

We eat these healthy seeds - as well as feeding them to our 16-and 11-year old chihuahuas every day!

Soak in filtered water over night, let dry, parchment on a cookie sheet put dryed seeds to lowest temp in oven.
