Pros

The arm is strong and adjustable. Instructions for increasing or decreasing the tension are easy to follow.

The monitor now fits and holds nicely! The thing i like is they glide so smooth when you move them. It pushes away nicely.

The only shortcoming is that the monitor is a bit wobbly. I've had no problems with anything, including but not limited to the gas pressure in the joints, the smoothness of movement, and the range of motion.

Cons

The tension screw requires half an hour of allen wrench work to get it to do what you want. For the upper part of the arm the fastener is at a weird angle.
