Quality

I have used keurig brand coffee maker for a while and their quality is one of the best.

Works great, brews quickly, very good machine.

As in past i use the 8oz setting and keurig k-cups.

Packaging/appearance

Worked perfect out of the box, makes coffee like it should, what can i say, it's nice to have something just be right off the bat.

I would not trade it for a larger one since i drink fresh hot brew out of the pot.

Competitiveness

It makes great tasting coffee and i can vary things by the choices of k-cup flavors i purchase.

Took off a star because sometimes it makes weird concerning noises when not in use and it does not work with my reusable pod that i use for regular coffee groundsdoesnt fit
