The rubber is pliable but sturdy, doesn't clog up and flows nicely.

It’s super easy to install and clean.

The flapper in my garbage disposal is not a removable one and over time, it basically deteriorated to the point of non-existance.

Using those foam beads to clean the disposal when half the stink is coming from the splash guard.

Price

Not much to dislike with this replacement baffle - inexpensive and fits snugly like the oem insinkerator did.

The price was good enough that i may just keep ordering new ones periodically, rather than trying to deep clean the old ones.

The price for the original version at my big box store costs over three times as much as this one!
