Pros
It is outstanding, the customer support is second to none. I will be purchasing their rechargeable travel unit shortly. This thing is insane.
Sinupulse system is gentler than navage-style units. The adjustable dial easily controls the amount of pressure.
It is easy to keep clean and disinfect. This is reusable.
Cons
This gadget is more trouble and cost and landfill. It is so messy because of the wires to hold. I expect for the seller to contact me.
Even at the highest operating pressure, the rate the water exits the tip is little more than a trickle. By the time a 'pulse' of water gets to the business end of the tube - it's not a pulse, it's 'pffft' go to neilmed hydropulse.

I've only used the irrigation tip and am very happy with this product.
The product worked great and exactly as advertised.
I had always used a neti pot, but the sinu pulse works much better.
With the neti pot i would often have to repeat the cycle several times to clear my nose.

Competitiveness
I like, too, that this can be wall-mounted but removable, whereas a navage cannot.
There are similar one in the market but nothing can compare to sinupulse elite.
I've had a navage and it would never work on my deviated septum.
If i ever have to replace it, i hope it is made in the usa!
