Waterpik doesn't make a great seal in the nasal cavity. Lots of hassle caused by faulty advertising regarding compatibility.

The quality seems fine but if you are looking for a replacement for the grossan cn - 120, this doesn't work.

This is a solid rubber tip and will perform far better than the cheap thin wall sinus tips being sold for the newer waterpik models.

The newer water pik models probably have a different configuration on their tip inserts making this tip difficult to adapt
