The overall construction is very flimsy. They promise a warranty for parts for three years. They move a part's cost to shipping costs and push you to purchase the part on their website because their shipping costs are equal to the part's price.
The canister & the tube clips break off. The power nozzle rollers broke. You have to hold in a lever for the floor piece to work (separate motor) and that lever doesn't always work so you gotta keep messing with it.

It is cumbersome and not quick to empty and clean after using.
Purchased this vacuum 11/2018 worked great initially but within few months started having issues with the power nozzle.
Price
And what had caught my eye was the price!
I love this vacuum, it's a little pricey but i could not believe all the cat hair that it picked up.
Here on amazon i was offered more and the price was the same, that is why i went this route instead of buying it locally.
We loved the way it worked but the price point was too much for us.

Vacuum arrived a day early, everything was brand new and it works great!

Conclusion: the unit all in all is decent and much better priced than the rainbow.
I watched a home demo from the competitor company then decided to purchase the sienna.
Due to the cost of a rainbow, we decided to look at alternatives in water based vacuums.

Refurbished so it was cheaper but mine didn’t come with the turbo brush hepa replacement i bought those separately for about 65 and it didn’t come with any fragrance or the two small air purifiers so the deal here is great and i wish i had seen it first

I also used the hardwood brush to vacuum the hvac air intake grate and after only a couple passes it cleaned every fin on that grate and also pulled the lint out from under the fins

I’ve spent 30 minutes before trying to handdetail that grate and ten seconds with the sirena did a better job and no cutup fingers

Its not the quickest vacuum to grab and clean with however the exceptional cleaning power is worth the time it takes to fill up the water basin etc
