Pros

Customer service is fantastic as well. Only downside is that you need to read through all the instructions to avoid the issues some reviewers have mentioned. That is the only downside. Best purchase ever.

Quick to charge and decent battery life. You guys complaining about that are ridiculous. Battery life is excellent.

They’ve been banged up a bit from running in to things and carting them around. It goes through gravel, grass, bumpy road easily. Well packaged, sturdy and well built.

Cons

Started jumping and skipping forward on the right side after two months. To return the item, you have to pay for shipping (which is wildly expensive) extremely dangerous and should not be a child’s toy.
