Pros

The lights make it especially nice during the evenings and night as if she is putting on a show. Bluetooth is easily available, lights and self balancing.

The hoverboard is made out of very durable material and safe. It seems very sturdy. It's good for indoors and outdoors.

Cons

Tried contacting customer service. They told you to go take it to a repair shop at your expense. The warranty is only 3 months.

It beeps and beeps even when fully charged! No matter how much we charge, recalibrate it and ride slow on leveled ground, this dang thing keeps beeping.

Very disappointed kiddo. Requested return/refund. No response. This is a common tactic.
