The build quality of this thing is impressive.
We did have issues with the charger after a couple of months but i contacted the seller and they sent me a new charger.
But i purchased the extra warranty, so i'm not too concerned.
Competitiveness
I have a lot of experience withh lipo batteries flying remote control aircraft, and have learned first-hand the importance of battery care.

We did have one issue with one of the devices

It unexpectedly turned off while my 8 year old was riding it causing her to take a hard fall since the wheels unlock and it becomes completely unstable

They recommended resetting rebalancing which we did and had no further issues but they suggested returning for a full refund instead

I thought this was a very generous offer since i was outside of the return window even though the device had only been in use for a few days bought several months before as a birthday gift
