Pros
The bluetooth music feature is a game changer! The only criticizing i would do is simply the bluetooth speaker should have an option for volume up and down on the board and it should have the option to go louder than what it does.
It goes through gravel, grass, bumpy road easily. Got this for my grandsons 9th birthday. My niece and nephew are 12 and 10.
Cons
Tried the reset procedure over and over to no avail. Only one side lights up and that wheel is locked up and won’t move. Battery life is awful.
Emailed them and never heard from them. Requested return/refund. Company says no warranty after 3 months.

What i have come to find out is that it was the way their child was operating the hoverboard not necessarily the hoverboards malfunction

Its battery life is not so great but even if it’s low battery it’s still goes really fast2

Don’t buy a charge i know it says charger not included but it comes with a charge so don’t be like me and buy another charger
