Pros
Great for keeping spills in your lunchbox to a minimum. I like the way they seal. Lid fits tightly and it's a good size for many single serve food items.
Bought it for making steel-cut oatmeal. It absorbs some of the microwave energy and prevents the oatmeal from exploding through the vent hole in the sistema bowl.
Cons
Missing 1 locking latch. Not practical for transporting soup, heating it and eating.

Like some reviewers i had a lot of problems with oatmeal erupting violently through the vent hole and plastering the microwave
