Perhaps since i keep eggs in the frig i still can't get a poached egg right--either uncooked or over cooked.

Says (1) egg i use 2- just cook a liitle longer- they come out high and fluffy!
It's perfect for quick eggs, omlettes, etc.

It bears noting that i stabbed the cooked eggs with a fork and im guessing i popped an air bubble because a little steam and a piece of egg few out to about eye level it didnt hit me
