Pros
This plate is perfect for steaming a piece of fish, chicken and vegetables. Enough for a dinner portion for one and then can be eaten straight from the plate. Great for microwaving a selection of vegetables.
Strong, sturdy and high quality product. Sturdy plastic not at all flimsy. Easy snap on lid.
Cons
Rating based on having to spend a further £6 on a can of sticky label remover. The listing also says that it is 1. Very disappointing and will think twice about buying things like this again. Not for the seller but for the product.
The tray is very brittle plastic. The clip off lid is difficult to manage. The steaming tray is a plastic griddle with about 2mm space under it for the liquid - pointless.

I know that what ever you use to cook in a microwave oven the plate used etc has to absorb much energy etc in the cooking thus you are wasting much energy
