Pros

The depth of culture is just as good as his longer works, and begs to be explored. The background world building is impressive for a novella. None of those are missing in his novellas either, they are just shorter.

Once again brandon weaves his magic. The magic system actually revolves around the birds. This story encompasses all i love about brandon's work.

Cons

Very disappointed for sanderson material. Too short. Nothing more than a tease. This guy's other works, especially the epics are so good.
