Pros

Video quality is great, but the footage is a bit shaky. Image stabilization is a little lacking, but for my use it is not a problem at all. It all depends on helmet.

The only complaint i have is that it came without the handle-bar strap that attaches to a bicycle. Comes with several types of mounts, 2 camera batteries with battery charger, & 32g micro sd card. Wi-fi features work great, easy to use.

Sjcam makes great cameras at an very affordable price. It is very, very affordable for what you get. Also well worth this price to not risk ruining your $1000 apple phone in a flimsy waterproof case.

Gopro branded cameras are waterproof without the submersion case. Not only is this inexpensive for that process, and a way easier potential loos than a 400 dollar gopro, it holds up for many runs.

Cons

The only plus is the extra batteries. The * that control the menu (the up/down *) broke and wont function. Instructions are very vague.

After taking apart all of the seal buttons and adding some silicone lubricant, the housing no longer leaked.

Price

I was able to get it at a great price and love that it can go under water.

I took a bet on this unit because the price was right and the description seemed straight forward.

I couldn’t believe all of the stuff that came with this unit for the unbelievably low price i paid.

This thing totally rocks if you don’t want to buy a $450 camera for just casual sports riding or motorcycle riding like me.

I looked on the box and it says 12mp.

I see the ad never shows the back of the box.

Nice to come with the accessories it did.

Competitiveness

Major kudos to sjcam for going above and beyond what most companies do.

Other companies i can't even get a sticker with their brand on it meanwhile the folks at sjcam helped me with housing at their expense.

Appearance it seems to be the same as the more costly brands.

I purchased this to replace a similar model that had poor image quality and battery life.
