Three files have been lost by this product, the sk hynix beetle x31 512gb, in the first month of ownership, even after trying a re-format.

I tested it with a 12gb file, the thing did not even get hot, on top the transfer speed is on par.

For the price this is absolutely amazing, and i'm glad that i bought it.

I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a great ssd at a decent price.

The everyday price is a bit high so if that were my only criterion i might have thought twice but i bet it goes on sale fairly often.

I recommend this be purchased when it is on discount - i snagged one when it was discounted somewhere between $65-70.

Included in the package is an instruction booklet which is quite rare these days.

It's more like a champagne color and the rubber bumpbar, looks nothing like the design packaging.

I have to say that the packaging was well put together at the same time.

This is plenty fast for my needs, and it benchmarks better than my crucial x8.

It's not quite apple-quality packaging, but it is clean and methodical, much better than probably 95% of companies out there.

I was thinking of buying a different brand, but in the end decided this was the best option.
