Quality
I have had them for about a month now and still very satisfied.
I have very sensitive feet so these made my feet very happy.
Top that all off with the fact that they are reasonably priced.
The only thing i would suggest is if you plan on wearing socks with the shoes, make sure to order a half size larger.

Competitiveness
Feet and legs aren’t nearly as achey as they used to be when getting off shift.
I keep having danskos recommended to me but i cannot bring myself to pay those prices.
