I was hesitant to go with another pair of sketchers as her last pair started to wear a hole in the toes after just a month of wearing to school however this pair has a sort of a clear protective layer around the front above the sole where her other pair staring to wear a hole quickly that seems to have prevented the wear and tear ive seen in other pairs
