Pros

The gel insole makes this shoe very comfortable. The sole has a bit of a rocker effect under the heel. These shoes fit perfectly and are very comfortable when sitting or standing.

Memory foam inserts are not a gimmick. Comfortable and durable. Practical and very comfortable and nice looking.

Cons

Sketches are a poor quality shoe! They feel like i'm wearing cushioned slippers. I use custom insoles and when trying to remove the insole from the shoe it appeared to be not so removable - instead glued. The shoes at the toes rub the top of shoe.
