Pros

They are really comfortable when walking and seem to be durable. It's not a big deal if i wear socks though. My hubby walks miles in his dir.

Cons

The insoles are glued in; it is near impossible to remove the factory insole. The bottoms of the insides where your feet make contact are somewhat lumpy and uneven. The memory foam is awesome but the durability is awful.
