Pros
The grip is excellent on down *. It's also very stable but not hard like the other trail shoes i have. A little heavier than go walk series of shoes.
The wide size not only stops my feet from hurting but also makes me feel i can wear them for hours on end. No ankle support because it’s a shoe but as far as foot support the insole is wonderful.
Cons
The gogamat insole is too soft and causes your foot to move around when it compresses. Toe box material is incredibly flimsy. These shoes are narrow and don't have the typical roomy toe box.
They are so cheap, reminiscent of a pair of $20 wal-mart shoes. They label these as hiking/trail shoes and anyone who actually does this knows you need stability on the trails. They stunk after just one wear (in winter!
Shoes are the least breathable pair of sketchers my husband has ever owned. I'm done with sketchers sneakers due to short lifespan. Not a good shoe at all. These altitude shoes are the first sketcher that i regret buying.
