Pros

My only problem is the sizing. They feel just like a heavenly cloud! Fit well and don't slip.

The ease of stepping into them - great, and the comfort in walking in them is everything he was looking for. Comfortable on the feet. Plenty of cushion. Thanks for this wonderful gift to a handicapped 75 year old retired soldier.

Cons

The whole in the padding is over 1/2 inch tall. Too narrow in the width, and too wide at the heel (for me) they are too short, so i want the same shoe in a size 13. These have zero stretch.

Just a few that are too tight, the chameleon comes to mind. I am annoyed that this exercise has been a complete waste of time. Not even close. Not happy and very disappointed.

Even though they have a phone number for support it just says to use the amazon based messaging assistant. I need to print a return mailing label, but the only option i could click on was ups drop off.

My hospital paperwork said to have shoes that are easy to put on and take off that are sturdy.

Shipping

After delivery was handed of to the post office tracking said it was delivered but it was not, and was then delivered the next day.

Return shipping is too much so have to find someone it will fit.

Knowing amazon delivered to me here, i ordered a pair.
