These fit me properly, not futzing with ordering a size up. My orthopedic inserts fit right in. The shoes were packaged well.

Cons

The soles are nearly worn through. They feel like cardboard insoles. I have diabetic neuropathy and the shoes do not help the foot pain. They are as light as bedroom slippers.
