Pros

Shoe feels like a million bucks. Easy to get on and off. High arch means you need to push to get your foot in place. Customer really likes the ease of slipping his foot into the shoe.

Slip-ins are great for city streets and sidewalks. Easy to put on and off. Light & wear seems good.

Some of the shoes are a bit oversized, and some are undersized, but it is never a show stopper. I wear my thicker no-show socks, and they are fine.

Cons

Based on their complaint and return policy, they're none of those. There is no support link on the online invoice. And they are not returnable after 30 days.

They do not slip up and down at the heel as most slip on shoes are apt to do.
