Opened the box and really liked them. Had to put in an insert. This is my second pair and i like the fit and comfort of these shoes.
Comfortable and long lasting clinched the deal for me. No back aches, very comfy, nice looking and professional in appearance.
Slip-resistant soles hold up to rough surfaces and chemical resistance is great. Toe area is very roomy. Just wish there was a little more arch support and better insoles.
Cons
The last two pairs i bought lasted one year then the soles give out. Without any laces they are not comparable. The sole is quite durable, but the uppers started falling apart immediately, and have now detached from the sole after less than a year of ... Read More
It's sad to see a once reliable brand diminish like this. If you want good shoes just spend the money and buy doc martens.

This shoe is well constructed, sturdy, & wears very well.
Great shoe hold up and waterproof if you step in water.
Too stiff, even after adding an after market insole.
My intended use for the shoe was for reenacting and these shoes are second to the none.
Price
These shoes are great, price was good.

When i first put these on they had the typical feeling in the crease where your foot naturally bends but that stretched out quickly within an hour or so
