These work just as well as the inserts and are more comfortable to stand and walk on for lengthy periods of time.

They are a little weird in that they don't tie and feel loose.

0, i was buying shoes then paying another $40 for prescription inserts.
0 would be a good replacement for the $40 inserts i was putting in for pf.
