Pros
Supportive, responsive, the goga mat insole is like a glove on my foot. The out sole is good and soft and moulds around irregularities in the ground. I am flat footed and have diabetes and chronic back pain with nerve damage.
Cons
The shoes are much lighter than in picture the bottom is white! Started to get holes in my shoes within a month. The soles are narrow and on one shoe it’s glued off to one side, not much but enough to make it almost unwearable.

As a walker i notice that it makes the foot roll differently slightly inwards to outwards as opposed from backto front so the feel is slightly different from gyn shoes that have a definite heel prominent on the sole

I know that sounds like not a long period of time but it is about the max amount of time i get out of work shoes
