Pros
The lightweight, flexible sole allows for a natural stride. I wish they had more support in the heal like the slip-in design. Not having to deal with laces is an additional bonus.
They provide good cushioning and ventilation and are extremely light. They are really light and feel like he is wearing slippers he says.
I have wide feet (close to e) and they fit me perfectly. Glad amazon hangs onto the sizing i needed from last time. Available in triple e width.
Worth every penny. Would highly recommend. Very impressed with them.

Cons
In the meantime there was absolutely zero communication from amazon or from the seller. The picture of the product shows grey where text shows navy which they are.
The xtra-wide size was a bit too wide for me. The sole separated. The tops are material that stretches and, like a slipper, offer very little support. They are the only shoes i've ever bought that squeak so badly!
