Id honestly advise sizing down as without any laces they were prone to fall off and feel unstable when walking due to the stretchy fabric the shoe is made of

I have wide feet so i bought the extra wide version so if you have narrow feet get the regular

But after three years of slipping them on the back of the heel behind the achilles heel the plastic bent and i had to cut it off because it was sticking into the back achilles of my one foot
