Look way better than a traditional sneaker or boat shoe. Toes box is by technicality loose, but are perfect for your feet, not tight at the toes like most running shoes. Bought these shoes for my husband for spring & summer months.

The sole is also hard, slick rubber. Went down a half size and strangled my foot. If you have neuropathy that's not a good feel. It's splitting on the upper from the “stitching’ that’s actually glue.
