They are really tight when u first buy them two of my toes started to go numb from wearing them they need to be wide or extra wide then they will be the perfect shoes i have a heel problem on one of my feet and these shoes really helped with that as i didnt feel the pain from it at all but the toes going numb thing didnt help at all i even got a pair two sizes bigger and that still didnt help
