Pros

I like these sneakers also but again my heel comes out as i walk but laced the sneakers all the way up. Helps my back because of the arch support. If you don't like the memory foam for your feet then these are great shoes.

Cons

The insole is very hard there is no softness. They have no support in the arch. My foot can go in the shoe but when i try to walk my toes have me breathing room, they scrunch up. Not even a small arch support.
