Pros

They are very comfortable and stylish. Can be paired with casual to semiformal. These make it less painful!

Shoes are very comfy. Look more flattering than regular sneakers. They move with your foot and do not slip off heel when walking.

Orthotics are needed without the insole for good posture and walking. They run a tad wide so they work for my feet when they swell.

Cons

Shoes have slippery soles. No traction. No rubber bottoms. Sole is also very hard and feels like walking on hard wood.
