Pros
They are the most comfortable shoe i have ever worn in my 60 yrs. Love the soles and the arch support. There is a little extra cushioning at the heel to prevent the foot from slipping out.
I like the way they look with jeans, or leggings. These are a game changer for me. No one else notices but me, so i think it's kind of funny.
Cons
This shoe is way too small for the size i bought! Not as advertized. Not much support. I have 3 other pair of max cushioning shoes and these are not.

The shoes were a touch narrow but thats because they didnt have the wide size available in my size

The laces are stretchy so they let you slide your foot into the shoe but then are tight enough when the shoe is on all the way
