Pros

These are very comfortable, slight bounce when you walk, cushioned and cute. These are roomy and very comfortable with a short sock. These shoes are soft and pliable and ya just cannot go wrong.

Working in a commercial kitchen is very hazardous with greasy floors and the like so a good grip is a must-have. This one has a nice cushion on the back of the shoe that you don't have to do that. No rubbing or blisters.

Cons

Shoes are ugly and clunky. Not at all like the commercials. A bit disappointed.

Great shoes that provided sturdy support and stability needed for healing of my hip after a bad fall.

They appear to be very durable, easy to slip on and off, and very comfortable for work.

These are not designed for exercise as they slip on and off very easily.
