This shoe easily compares to doc marten without having to pay its price tag. Nice toe box, not too tight, accommodates thicker socks. The width and arch support is good for all day wearing.

I get why these are so highly-rated. They fit great and seemed to be exactly what i expected, but they just aren't durable. They are not soft and comfortable as i was hoping and expecting.

The suede upper tore along the stitching to the sole. By the third month, the inner seam was gone. More of the suede has pilled, so the toe box looks a little ragged.
