I really liked this product because it really help with suppressing my appetite without the side affect of feeling shaky
They curve the appetite a little, they have a horrible odor and leave a after taste in your mouth.
I take them after work, just before dinner, and i have zero desire to snack on all the usual bad food afterwards!
