Hypochlorous acid is made by combining ionized water and non-iodinated salt. It cleans and disinfects wounds and anywhere you need to feel refreshed. It is very smoothing and makes your skin area feel great.
They really need something that can be easily applied to oneself without having to do weird backwards holding of the bottle at a bad angle down there. Just turn the small dial at the top just under the sprayer to unlock it.
Tower 28 sos spray forever ($28 for 4oz) from sephora. Good for the creases.

This has a light chlorine or bleach scent which rapidly fades and doesn't burn if sprayed in your eyes.

Other than the cost i have no complaints.

The packaging is nice; easy to use and i have no problem spraying upside down.
Competitiveness
You'll notice that they market several different demographics but they are all the same product.
You'll find other expensive versions of this product but don't spend that money.
It does work for me just not quite as well as more expensive, smaller bottles of similarly advertised products.
It's similar to teeth flossing 2 times a day for me, it works well if you do it.

Do not open the lid on the bottle to transfer to a different container or it will not stay as potent as being left in the original container
