Pros
Unlike the thermos funtainer 12 ounce bottle, batman, the straw is silicone. The stainless material is easy to clean and maintains the water fresh. Has a cord -- a much needed feature of many bottles.
Cons
This bottle leaks like crazy. The latch never stays shut. It leaks with the lid open and when closed and after having it less than a month the metal, yes metal, cup cracked and began leaking.

My daughter loves to loop a few fingers trough the velcro strap to carry it.
I like how easily i can wash it, and even throw it in the top rack of the dishwasher.
Not leak proof but other than that is is great!
Packaging/appearance
I love that it is non spill so i can pack it in her lunch box for school and i don't worry about getting back a wet lunch box.

She is still learning that it cant be tipped up to use the straw as she is used to a weighted straw cup or sippy cup
