Did not want to buy the black or grey ones from walmart

They fit great together did not have problems not getting them to connect

They stay put when you set them correctly there is a top and bottom side

We dont leave it permanently set up so if i was going to get it again i would look for one that the pieces connect directly together rather than having connectors

As others have said it is definitely not resistant to animal claws thus why we dont leave it set up
