The chest clip is adjustable as well as the arm straps. The leash is very very short, so we've been using the dog's spare leash when we want to use it as the harness. But love the top strap to pick her up in meltdown mode.

It’s the perfect size, small enough to not be overbearing but enough space to carry a few small things. It fits her snacks, diapers and wipes. Holds wipes a few diapers and a changing pad no problem.

Cons

This is pointless, the leash is 2 feet long!
