The handles are really comfortable and the washers mean that the rope doesnt get tangled

You can shorten it by pushing the rope into the handle but it doesnt click or anything so im not sure if the rope would slide back out over time as you use it

Used mainly by my girlfriend and not myself would like it if the cord was adjustable as she is quite short and finds it to be a tad too long she is just under 5 foot
