Pros
Handles are foam material for a good grip. The rope itself has a little bit of weight and is quiet limp.
Length is adjustable but does not come with instructions. Just popped the ends of and used youtube to help workout the length.
Cons
Take one handle and take off the black flat * at the end. Force the two white clips down - this is incredibly hard to do. Very flimsy and no instructions on how to adgust the rope.

Nice and light and good quality product
Happy with the purchase, used outside a couple of times.
Should anything change about the quality of this rope in the future i will update my review accordingly.
Price
If the price was what i initially bought it at (£15) then perhaps i'd look elsewhere.

The rope doesn’t turn as quick compared other speed ropes i have purchased in the past

I have found that if you dont wish to trim the rope you can adjust it to the length you want and bend the rest of the rope inside of the handle

However keep in mind this will prevent the rope from spinning inside of the handle

Bought it 14 months ago and used it intensely on concrete the material has finally broken

That would be disappointing for an expensive rope however ive just seen the price to buy this again is only £5
